New Strategic Plan for 2024-2027
The Emily Krzyzewski Center is thrilled to release our Strategic Plan for 2024-2027. The plan outlines an exciting future for our organization, focusing on three priorities: Amplify Our Impact, Champion Our Values, and Secure Our Future.
The Center has accomplished important work since our last strategic plan, including the implementation of the Game Plan: College program and expansion of the Scholars on Campus program, a renewed focus on racial equity, and the completion of a 7,500 square foot facility expansion project. This new plan demonstrates the Center’s commitment to investing further in areas of expertise and ensuring that we remain an effective community partner.
“This planning process allowed us to engage in robust conversations with our Board, staff, students, and other key stakeholders,” says Adam Eigenrauch, Chief Executive Officer. “I’m grateful for a diverse and innovative team at the Center who are able to think broadly and envision our path forward.”
Emily K Center’s priorities for 2024-2027:
- Amplify Our Impact: Optimize programs for mission alignment, strengthen strategic partnerships, and adapt to changing community, higher education, and career landscapes.
- Champion Our Values: Invest in the effectiveness and success of staff and operationalize existing and new initiatives that advance racial equity.
- Secure Our Future: Strengthen the Center’s financial sustainability, stewarding our facility, and modernizing our campus partner agreements in order to ensure a long organizational life cycle.
