The Director of College Readiness plays a key role in guiding high school students as they navigate their paths to college and career success. Leading our Scholars to College program, this position fosters meaningful opportunities for students to explore their potential and build bright futures. The Director will recruit a diverse cohort of incoming freshmen, implement strategies to keep students engaged, and develop culturally responsive curricula and resources that support their growth.
