The Emily K Center is delighted to invite you to two special opportunities to meet Dr. Valerie Anderson, our new Chief Executive Officer:

• Virtual Event – Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Join us online at 6:30 p.m. to hear from Valerie as she shares her hopes and goals for the Center’s next chapter. The Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
• In-Person Event – Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Stop by the Center, 904 W Chapel Hill St. Durham, NC 27701, for a casual drop-in gathering between 6:00-7:30 p.m. Enjoy light refreshments, explore our space, and connect with Valerie and other friends of the Center. Brief remarks will be shared at 6:30 p.m. Please RSVP in advance.
