The first edition of Mi Éxito, Mi Camino, bringing together the traditions of Mi Éxito, La Universidad and Continuando Mi Camino! Mi Éxito, Mi Camino is a bilingual (English/Spanish) postsecondary exploration event for middle and high school students and their families. The event will feature colleges/universities, community-based organizations, employment opportunities, and guest speakers for participants to start planning for their futures and learn about the resources available to them. Mi Éxito, Mi Camino is hosted by the Emily K Center’s Game Plan: Future program in collaboration with the North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professionals, LatinxEd, and UNC Greensboro.
This event is intended to be fully in Spanish/bilingual. Open to anyone in the community, and completely free!
¡La primera edición de Mi Éxito, Mi Camino, ajunta las tradiciones de Mi Éxito, La Universidad y Continuando Mi Camino! Mi Éxito, Mi Camino es un evento de exploración postsecundaria bilingüe (inglés/español) para estudiantes de secundaria y preparatoria y sus familias. El evento contará con colegios/universidades, organizaciones comunitarias, y oradores invitados para que los participantes comiencen a planificar su futuro y conozcan los recursos disponibles para ellos. Mi Éxito, Mi Camino es organizado por Game Plan: Future en colaboración con North Carolina Society of Hispanic Professionals, LatinxEd y UNC Greensboro.

The NC Society of Hispanic Professionals (NCSHP) is an organization driven by a shared vision: to see Hispanic and Latino students excel in the classroom, paving the way for lifelong success. Since 1999, NCSHP has been dedicated to promoting educational advancement for Hispanic students at every level. Through impactful programs and initiatives, NCSHP works tirelessly to lower dropout rates and open doors to higher education, providing these students with the tools and resources needed to achieve their dreams.

LatinxEd is an educational initiative in NC providing targeted, multi-year support to Latinx students and immigrant families striving for higher education and greater opportunity in a state that has the sixth fastest growing Latinx population and the seventh largest Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) population in the nation.
Latinx Education (LatinxEd) es la única iniciativa educativa en Carolina del Norte que brinda apoyo diseñado específicamente para estudiantes latinx y es brindado por varios años no solo para los estudiantes latinx sino también para las familias inmigrantes que luchan por una educación superior y mayores oportunidades en un estado que tiene la sexta población latinx de más rápido crecimiento y es la séptima población con más beneficiarios de Acción Diferida para los Llegados en la Infancia (DACA) en la nación.
