All of us at the Emily Krzyzewski Center share the great privilege of watching our hard work succeed at the ground level. We're working with exceptional young students from low-income and immigrant families in Durham who want to achieve the academic promise that eludes so many of their peers.

Collaboration with nationally recognized expert advisors, university resources and best-practice program delivery partners allows us to quickly identify high-impact curricula that have immediate impact and create lasting results for our students. Our experienced professional staff, tutors and volunteers work closely with community leaders and professional and educational associates to build sustainable programs that work for our students and their families.
